It’s time for us to bid farewell to 2025.

We do wish you all a Merry Christmas, while at the same time reflecting on the very sad events in Sydney, Australia last week and we send our heartfelt thoughts and sympathies to all.

We do hold dear our friendships, also the pleasure of cooking for family and friends which is a great joy to share with the wider community.

We hope you’ve enjoyed our sweet recipes for a Convenient Christmas and give yourself permission to take a few shortcuts, after all, we’re all looking to minimize the effort and maximize the outcome.

The Coeliac’s Revenge will be back early in the year when we will resume sending you more delicious gluten-free recipes and ideas.
